Jill Williams, Founder & Lead Coach

I DON’T TELL YOU WHAT TO THINK.

I just make sure you do.

You’re a high-impact, high-capacity human.

But you were not made to do everything.

Beneath the surface, are you feeling worn out—with no way out?

Are you craving something deeper? Something fewer people see, but something you feel every day?

  • The need for clarity when your mind is full and the stakes are high

  • The desire for calm confidence, not just bold performance

  • The longing for alignment—for your outer leadership to match your inner values

People count on your insight, your resilience, your presence.

I help you find it by giving you a safe and inviting space to align with the “everything” you were made to be in order to cultivate the peace of mind your soul has been craving.

Our work together honors both your capacity and your core, giving you a place to prepare your active mind for purposeful action and gain:

  • More authenticity to think clearly and act with conviction

This is the work beneath the work. The growth that shapes your own mental clarity and confidence—your own MettlEdge. And not just for your sake, but for the sake of the intensity, influence, and integrity you were made to share.

  • MEDIA

    Podcast | Memos | Poems

MettlEdge media gives you space to think.

The Memos are coming. They are short, reflective reminders found on the MettlEdge App.

The MettlEdge Train Your Brain podcast is also found on the app. It isn’t just another podcast to consume. It’s brief, sharp, and built for strategic action. It’s more thought than talk so you focus on the things that matter most, fuel up for the things that matter most, and fight for those things with clarity and confidence.

Finally, every so often I’ll post one of my poems on the app. Without the expression of poetry, I’m not sure how I would function. It’s the way I release pressure from the ideas and thoughts building up in my soul.

MettlEdge Media is made for people who are:

Bombarded by content, decisions, and pressure

Craving something that feeds inner clarity over external noise.

    Stuck—mentally, creatively, or professionally

    Navigating change or decision-making

Wanting to sharpen their own thinking, not waiting to be inspired by someone else’s

All of my work is online, biblically based, and grounded in Gallup CliftonStrengths© talent research.

Although my work is biblically-based, this relates more to how I approach serving you than to what I expect of you. My job is to host conversations that allow you to align with your values and beliefs, not with mine.

I don’t tell you what to think.

I just make sure you do.

Hi, I’m Jill Williams, an experienced and credentialed strategic thought partner and personal performance coach. I’m on mission to help high-impact, high-capacity humans like you shape your own core strength & character—your own MettlEdge—by giving you a safe and supportive space to think better so you don’t keep drifting, disconnected and dissatisfied, overwhelmed and burned out, chasing meaning in approval, status, or material success.

Together, we strengthen your mind, decision-making, energy, relationships, resilience, and capacity for sustainable success.

I know the battle we face to keep tremendously interested in the things we are most passionate about, and it would be a priviledge to come alongside you in confidence to help you do the inner work that fuels your outer success so you stay sharp, aligned, and authentic, not just ambitious, ahead—and dull.

I am not a counselor, therapist, advisor, mentor, or motivational speaker.

I do not offer a masterclass.

I don’t tell people what to do. I give you an unbiased, confidential, and welcoming space to gain clarity, make decisions, move forward, and thrive.

I am a professionally trained and credentialed strengths-driven and solution-focused coach who has one job: to guide you as you shape your own MettlEdge.

  • I ask powerful questions,

  • I offer productive support.

  • I inspire self-discovery

You build habits, you build skills, and you build mindsets that produce personalized and enduring success.
