Our FOCUS by MettlEdge™ Membership offers access to a dedicated professional coach who will champion your success in confidence as you work toward attaining specific areas of personal growth and desired professional outcomes.

Includes: a Full 34 Gallup CliftonStrengths® assessment, a personalized Be Yourself Shelf, a complementary 90+ minute strengths debrief and coaching goals session, monthly coaching conversations, and access to our periodic member mastermind group.

We offer three tiers of FOCUS Memberships, one, two, or unlimited conversations monthly. $225/$450/$775/mo

Our MettlEdge SELECT™ Membership is tailored for women at any level of leadership who are looking for an immersive, personal development experience to refine their mindset, elevate their life and leadership strategies, and thrive in their driven design.

Within a genuine, safe, and supportive community, you'll engage in an immersive 6-month hybrid membership that blends personalized 1:1 coaching with select small group sessions designed to enhance well-being, resilience, empathy, and respect. Create your own select small group with two to three trusted peers or be prayerfully placed in a group. Requires only 3 - 4 hours per month.

Includes: One group and one 1:1 coaching session each month over six months for a total of 12 coaching conversations, a Full 34 Gallup CliftonStrengths® assessment link, a personalized Be Yourself Shelf, our MettlEdge Mind Workbook and Toolset, and access to our online monthly member mastermind group

Our MettlEdge BOOST™ Membership is a powerful way to boost the performance and well-being of those who tirelessly work to support and inspire others daily: you and your coaching staff.

This annual membership offers confidential and trustworty life and leadership support for head coaches and their staff as well as program-wide strengths awareness, empowering you and your coaching staff to keep going strong as you work to foster a strengths-driven, high-performing culture wins on and off the court, field, pool, or pitch.

Includes:

  • unlimited on-demand coaching calls for the program’s head coach

  • one monthly call per assistant/staff

  • a Full 34 Gallup CliftonStrengths® assessment, personalized Be Yourself Shelf, and our foundations of strength and performance online course for all coaches, athletes, and staff

  • an annual in person one-day program-wide strengths workshop
