The Elite Leadership Company is an executive coaching company on mission to help high performers keep climbing into greatness doing more, developing people, and making a difference.

Jill founded The Elite Leadership Company out of a vision to provide a specialized solution to high performers. She struggled to thrive in a world that measured her by her performance because her high octane engine drove her to meet and at times exceed the performance expectations set for her. She was tired, far from satisfied, and insecure.

Jill wanted out of the crazy because she did not know how to prioritize, and she was overwhelmed by her struggle to integrate the thoughts, ideas, and actions in her mind with the people and situations in her world. She was not equipped to engage with others in a connected and constructive way.

She looked for help and was eventually connected with three people in particular who helped her develop and refine her thinking to turn her raw, high performing self into a refined, elite leader. These people are her mentor Vickie Kraft, her friend Sonya Reeder, and most importantly, her husband Phillip Williams. Phillip encouraged Jill to get trained as an executive coach and this training sent Jill on the journey that birthed our Elite Leadership Curriculum.
